The LMS Associate Referral Bonus Program

As an expansion of its recruitment activities, LMS has developed the Referral Bonus Program as an incentive to LMS Associates. Through it, each LMS associate is encouraged to identify professional individuals who are seeking new employment or career advancement. Each referred candidate must meet the high standards of LMS which are demonstrated by you, a current LMS Associate.

Referral Bonus Program Guidelines

Upon acceptance as an LMS Associate and an initial temporary assignment or direct hire placement date of a referred candidate, a $25.00 bonus is awarded to the LMS Associate initiating the referral. You must adhere to the rules and regulations that are posted; they also appear on the Referral Bonus Card.

Referral Bonus rules and regulations

  1. Referred candidate must not have had any contact with LMS before the referral was made
  2. Referred must be entered into computer prior to interview
  3. Referral must be approved by LMS to become an Associate
  4. Referral bonus monies will be paid after completion of 40 hours of initial temporary assignment. For direct hire placement the bonus will be paid ninety days from the date LMS has been paid
